We respect your privacy. Below is what data we collect and how we use it.
Name, email, learning progress and payment records. Your password is stored encrypted. We also keep the questions you ask the AI mentor and your support requests.
To provide access to the course and AI mentor, run support, and send purchase notifications.
Payments are handled by payment providers — we never store your card details. Questions to the AI mentor, support requests and assignment texts are sent to AI providers (Anthropic, Google) for processing. We use plans under which this data is not used to train the provider's models; the provider retains it for a limited time to prevent abuse.
We use cookies for login, language selection and referral links.
Account data is kept while your account exists — you can request deletion at any time. After 90 days we detach AI mentor conversations from your account: the answer text is deleted and only the anonymised question remains, so we can see which parts of the course need clearer explanations.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting support.
